Description Michael Reiher 2010-10-28 18:02:04 UTC
Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.5.2)
OS: Linux

It would be nice if rekonq allowed me to open an URL by pasting it via middle mouse button into the webview. I use this very often with konqueror and I think it's pretty standard behavior for Unix browsers.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Same here.

I also support this wish. In konqueror I often paint a phrase and middle-click it to the tab-bar, which gives me a google search of that phrase in a new tab. Very handy!
(I'm using version 0.6.1, KDE Development Platform 4.6.1)

Any progress in this request?
(rekonq Version 0.7.0 (KDE Development Platform 4.7.00))

This has now been implemented (at least in 0.7.90) and the bug can be closed. Thanks!

Ok, thanks :)
