Load the attached document into KSpread and Excel2007 and note that in KSpread the 3 slices have the wrong position and are overlapping each other.

The reason for this seems to be that within the xl/diagrams/layout1.xml adjustment-handler are defined that need to be applied somehow to let the slices appear with the correct position/size/angel/etc.
