- What I was doing when the application crashed:

After an update, some of my widgets weren't displaying anymore, even though the configuration dialogue claimed that they were still running.

I deleted ~/.kde/share/config/plasma-desktop-appletsrc and restarted, which defaulted everything.  I then started adding widgets again (two folder views, an analog clock and a weather widget).

While resizing the weather widget, Plasma crashed, apparently saving which widgets I had been running, but not their positions or sizes.
