In the Notes application content of the Actions flap seems to be context-independent, leading to duplicate and empty entries.

I expected the Action flap to behave as in the other applications.

Observed in version 4:4.6~20101025.1189387-1maemo1.1188357 .

Revert 1188387 for now, too many bad regressions (non-working menus,
non-working note list, not possible to create notes, etc.).
