Description ultr 2010-10-24 14:20:44 UTC
Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.5.1)
OS: Linux

On-all-desktops windows do not slide (they remain in their positions).

When moving to the next (!) desktop, sliding windows are moved OVER the on-all-desktops window, and then instantly MOVED under that window.

This makes the common part of their rectangles to flicker.

When switching to the previous desktop, everything works fine.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
0) Activate Slide effect

1) Switch to desktop 1
2) Open a window (window1), make it visible on all desktops
3) Switch to desktop 2
4) Open another window (window2)
5) Activate window1

6) Switch to desktop 1
7) Switch to desktop 2

Repeat steps 6 and 7 to notice the problem.

Actual Results:
When switching to the second desktop, the window2 is slided on top of window1, and when the animation is over, it is moved under the window1.
Common part of their rectangles flickers.

Expected Results:
Window2 should be already under the window1, when the Slide animation begins.
It works that way when you switch to the previous desktop (follow the above steps replacing desktop 1 and 2).
