When you lock you screen it gets black. So far so good.
However, if you move your mouse (to get the unlock dialog visible) you see the users desktop for a very short while (probably a few milliseconds) before it quickly moves to black (also a few milliseconds) and the lock dialog is visible.

Reproducible: Always
