Description shivanisrivastava17 2010-10-20 01:17:09 UTC
Version:           unspecified (using KDE 1.2)
OS:                MS Windows

In tables,you have an option of printing it by selecting Print option in File menu.But this is not possible in the case of Forms.Hence there is no other way to print a form.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Goto File --> Print

Actual Results:
( in forms, this option is seen in gray i.e. you cannot print a form)

Expected Results:
I should be allowed to Print a Form.

Printing in forms was not supported in that version (and even still is not).
I general you requests are valid as wishes of course, if you like please file wishes that will be considered for Kexi version 2.4 or newer.
The version you are reporting against is not supported already and there will not be feature additions.

  While the file/print option is good, I would like to suggest having an action set on a button to do a form print. Should the form contain a picture then a bitmap print should be done, otherwise a test print. Then again, the action selected for the button could either do a text print and ignoring the picture, or forceably print a bitmap print regardless if the form contains a picture or not.
