OS/Compiler notes: 

When you have set the mail ccheck interval and the user checks mail manually the timer should reset. Thus if you have an interval of 1 minute and the user checks mail 30 secs after the auto check the next auto check should be in 1 min and not in 30 secs

This has been fixed for kmail 1.6.
