Created attachment 52511 [details] digital clock layout Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.5.1) OS: Linux I have a slim panel at the top of the screen with the digital clock applet at right most position. Since my upgrade to KDE 4.5.1 (from 4.3.x) the clock layout is completly broken most of the time. See attached screenshot. Reproducible: Didn't try
Did you try to remove the digital clock and add it again?
Yes. Doesn't help. Also note that the layout is not always broken. At the very moment it's fine here for instance (had to restart plasma after crash).
perhaps unrelated, but mine is broken too, it became very wide, 3 times the size it neds to be. adding a new panel with another clock does not solve the problem.
Created attachment 58483 [details] Cropped panel clock I am also seeing my panel clock getting cut off. A snapshot is attached. It's not too bad here, but gets worse for double-digit hour values. I've tried changing the font, adding/removing the clock but always looks the same. KDE 4.4.5 Kubuntu 10.04
I have the same problem. I barely can see the hours and date. I'm using (KDE 4.5.3)

I was able to work around this issue by increasing the height of my panel.
My monitor is small so I reduced the font, and enable anti-aliasing. Improved a little, but I'm still with the problem ... Thanks for the tip. It started after installing some updates and bug fixes in Lucid.
I am having the exact same problem, using 4.6.2.
