I have this e.g. on this page http://www.spiegel.de/politik/deutschland/0,1518,722910,00.html in Konqueror, but I also have this on nearly every article from heise.de atom feed when read in Akregator embedded in Kontact.

If you open the page above and scroll down (pressing down key once is enough) you can see that the ad on top is drawn outside the viewport. This is particularly annoying as this often means it draws above the menu or the buttons to close a tab.

I see this on two different hosts (both openSUSE 11.3), one with Intel and one with ATI graphics.

Reproducible: Always
