Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start to create a new event.
2.Switch to the recurrence tab.
3. Select daily recurrence.
4. Look at the exceptions date. 

Actual Results:  
format is MM.DD.YYYY

Expected Results:  
Should be DD.MM.YYYY

This should be made locale-specific, otherwise we will have inconsistent formats in different parts of the applications (e.g. the korganizer date selection respects the locale iiuc).

This bug has been marked as resolved without a given reason and afaik the problem is still valid. So i can not verify that the solution works.

because i did fixed it a long time ago ;-)
