Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new eent.
2. Click on the whole day checkbox.

Actual Results:  
No visible feedback in the time textboxes is given. 

Expected Results:  
The times should be grayed out or the time textboxes should disappear.

Here it appears grayed.
