Kmail is terribly slow always when the first time after start checking emails.

Additional information:
I am a heavy user. I have about 100 folders plus 7 years of mails in them. I assume the problem is nepomuk related. But the problem occurs even though nepomuk is turned off.

kmail1 or kmail 2?

Kmail1 which came with 4.5.2 in Maverik, but the Problem was there with 4.5.1 in Lucid too.
