Version: 2.0-git (using KDE 4.4.5) OS: Linux Global search over all baskets does not work here. The search function within one basket works (notes which don't match disappear) but I think when I press the icon with the binoculars also all basket names in the left listwiew which do not contain matching notes should disappear, but nothing happens. This essential functionality of basket works fine with version 1.02. Reproducible: Always
I confirm the bug. Ubuntu 11.04, BasKet Note Pads Version 1.81 Using KDE Development Platform 4.6.2 (4.6.2).
Same here. OS: siduction (Debian Sid), KDE SC 4.8.4, basket 1.81 & 2.0. It might be that the global search does search in all baskets because it blends out all not matching content in the other baskets, but it does not blend out the not matching baskets. And the filter box is only shown in the basekt I started the global search in.
Yes, this is still a problem for me too in 1.81 running KDE 4.9.3. Just a basic Kubuntu 12.10 install... A note app that doesn't do global search is useless... I'll have to look elsewhere until fixed.
Can confirm that this is still a bug in basket 1.8.1 on Debian Wheezy 7.1.
Fixed in https://github.com/gl-bars/basket/tree/basket-gleb trunk
