KDE Sys-Konfig Dialog

Version: 4.4 (using KDE 4.4.4)
OS: Linux

Alt+F1 takes a key I rather want to use in another application.
Therefor disabled it via System dialog.

However, needs to be done with every KDE-Session again.. :(

Thanks!

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Disable Alt+F1 in KDE-Komponente Plasma-Arbeitsfläche

Actual Results:
disabled in current session only

Expected Results:
disabled until new customization

Is this still an issue in a recent version?
