After a recursive deletion of IMAP folders some folders are still shown in the view. I suppose that these folders are marked as delete but not removed from the model.
   
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create three test folders (1, 2, 3) in the inbox
2. Copy three mails to all folder
3. Move folder 3 into folder 2
4. Move folder 2 into folder 1
5. Delete folder 1 and subfolders

Only folders without subfolders are deleted completely. Other folders are still shown in the view.
