Yes, this is completely wrong.  The string freeze date has passed but I'll try to get an exception from the translators.

But from what I can tell the plasmoid has been excluded from the build for over 6 years, see parley/CMakeLists.txt:168

Will clean up the dead code once the SPDX license header conversion is done.
