If I do a right click on a element of the file tree on the left, no context menu is shown. It should be one there as in kde3 version was. It should contain actions like 'new folder', 'delete', 'properties' and so on. 

Reproducible: Always

nothing happens on right click at folder tree

Expected Results:  
context menu with actions shown on right click at folder tree
