Description Guido Schmidt 2010-09-24 11:17:08 UTC
Version: 2.3.2 (using KDE 4.5.1)
OS: Linux

I just upgraded to the new version. The old version did start (but did not give any sound). This version refuses to start at all. I installed the binaries using yast.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Open a konsole. Enter "amarok".

Actual Results:
amarok: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib64/libamaroklib.so.1: undefined symbol: _ZN15QSplitterHandle11resizeEventEP12QResizeEvent

I use an RT-kernel:

# uname -a
Linux schmidt 2.6.33.5-jng105-rt #1 SMP PREEMPT RT 2010-05-31 16:36:58 +0200 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Are there any dependencies on SMB or HPLIP? I block those packages from beeing installed.

This is a problem of the binary package you installed.
Please report the issue to whoever created the distro packages.
