Hi,
 Since KDE 4.4.5 , similar bug exists , when system fonts changed , icons on desktop will be automatically re-arranged , it's a behavior that i dislike very well.

Now , it's being more wired , even a small event on folder view will cause it to re-arrange icons , like a cut / copy / paste , i could see my desktop flashes , and icons rearranged.

Reproducible: Always
