Description Richard Kolkovich 2010-09-16 20:23:54 UTC
Version: 3.98.x (using KDE 4.4.5)
OS: FreeBSD

When creating a new transaction (which doesn't autofill), the transaction type is always deposit/payment. In a credit card or other Liability account, this should default to charge (as that would be the most common entry to those types of accounts). Alternatively, allowing this to be set on a per-account basis would be fine.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1) add a new transaction in a Credit Card account

Actual Results:
I have a Payment rather than a Charge.

Expected Results:
Produce a Charge
