Description Tim 2010-09-16 11:19:59 UTC
Version: 4.4.5 (using KDE 4.5.1)
OS: Linux

I changed the name of a category using "Manage Categories...". The name change saves properly in the list of categories, but when an item that contains that category is viewed, the name remains unchanged.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Create a category name (eg today)
Create a todo and add the category "today" to it
Go back into the Category manager, change "today" to another another name (eg tomorrow) by clicking in the editable name field, erasing the old name and adding "tomorrow". Apply the changes.
View your todo in the list and you will see that the category name remains today -- even after manually refreshing or restarting Korganizer.

Actual Results:
Changing a category name is not reflected in the actual category of the todo items.

Expected Results:
When changing the name of a category (from one name to another) the result should be also changed to the new name in the todo items containing that same category name.

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.32-24-generic
Compiler: cc
