kmail doesn't request again the password if it was typed wrong.
If I type the POP3 or IMAP password in wrong way kmail check the account. tell me that probably the password is wrong, but don't let me retype again a new password.
In this case I don't use KWallet.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Try to give the wrong password to your email account.

Actual Results:  
kmail tell you the password is wrong but don't ask for a new password.

Expected Results:  
kmail tell me the password is wrong and ask me again for the correct password.

OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.31.12-0.2-default
Compiler: gcc

this bug exists for dimap not for pop3 or imap
