I was moving a large number of files (approx. 3.7 GB) from my computer to a USB thumb drive. Approximately 1/3 of the files were moved when Dolphin crashed. I was using Firefox at the time of the crash with Dolphin running in the background (behind Firefox, not minimized). I had two Dolphin sessions open, one for my computer and one for the thumb drive.

Using terminal, I checked that all the source files were still present and the thumb drive was partially filled (as expected).
