Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.5.1) OS: Linux I'm not sure if this bug is not dolphin related , kchmviewer has exactly problem. This bug only happens first time when dolphin is opened , further tries may not produce it. When i move my mouse from `bookmark toolbar' , to the inner of dolphin , and my cursor , yep , should be a normal one , but it was kept as another one. Which one , i don't know how to say it exactly , just the one shown when you try to resize a window ( horizontal here ). This bug seems to be a file module related , also for the `information toolbar' , moving mouse over them will sometimes make your cursor bad. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: See details.
How's going now ? My dolphin layout is like this: information panel | main space ( folders , files .. ) | bookmark panel Choose a place from bookmark , move your mouse left , to main space , before moving onto a folder / file , you could see mouse cursor changed , become a horizontal one.
Thanks for the report, but I cannot reproduce the issue. Could you please add the information which Qt version you are using and which widget-style (Oxygen? Plastique?...).
Qt 4.7.1 , KDE 4.5.3 , and previous description of this bug may not be very clear , so i checked Qt's document , now here comes a new one: When i slide my mouse over a Qt Silder like ( information panel or bookmark panel in dolphin ) , sometimes if if slide back from those panel to centre of dolphin application , my cursor will remains Qt::SplitHCursor. I'm actually using a bespin style , so i'm also connecting to the developer of this style , yeah , you're right , it could be problem with that , hard to tell ;-)
Fixed , problem with bespin style actually , sorry for my noise ;-)
OP actually fixed the problem, closing now :)
