I tried that sequence twice and it crashed both times. I tried once saving a bookmark instead of cancelling and it worked fine. then I tried a third time and now it crashed before the bookmark dialogue even appeared. Can't reproduce it here with Konvi git master on KDE SC 4.5.1 and Qt 4.7rc.
Closing - still can't reproduce, and there's no backtrace, so nothing we can do, sorry. That said, the context menu code was also fully rewritten some months ago, so perhaps whatever was the issue got fixed along the way.
