Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on write a new mail.
2. Select the subject field.
3. Enter "test"

Actual Results:  
The field shows "Test" 

Expected Results:  
Should show "test"

Maybe it's a regression

I can confirm this behavior on my current device (it seems to be some setting) but pressing shift+key should do the right job
