Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on Write new mail.
2. Open the attachment dialog.
3. Add an attachment.

Actual Results:  
It is not possible to remove this attachment again.

Expected Results:  
Remove again an added attachment should be possible.

I tested this today and I can confirm that the 'Remove Attachment' functionality is missing from the Attachment tab in the Composer.

So atm it is impossible to remove an added attachment in the Composer.

I tried to retest this today but could not because of bug #257812.

In the composer attachment dialog it is possible to remove attachments.

Indeed it is corrected now.

In the attachment tab there is both an 'add attachement' and a'remove attachment' button which allow the user to add and remove attachments from the Composer.
