Power off dialog can't take focus in Chromium launched and maximized. In result hot keys and arrows (for select items in power off list) not work in this case.

It's KDE bug or Chromium bug?

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Chromium.
2. Run Chromium and maximize it.
3. Press Power button on your desktop or laptop.
4. Try to use hot keys and arrows on keyboard.

Actual Results:  
It's not work.

Do you see this bug when using other browsers/windows maximized?

I found reproduce scenario of same bug with KDE System settings window.
1. Open System Settings. Press keyboard arrows few times.
2. Press Power button.
3. Try to use arrows - then you see bug.

checked with 4.9.0 as described in comment #2
Works fine.
