Description GGG 2010-09-04 18:58:19 UTC
Version: 2.3.1 (using KDE 4.5.0)
OS: Linux

I listen to Samba network files over LAN connection that are treated asd streams in Amarok. Sometimes Samba server fails in the middle of a song, and thus playback is interrupted. After the connection to it is restored I am not able to start playing of the interrupted stream, even from the beginning, by pressing Stop/Play buttons. Even worse, any other stream is also cannot be played anymore (I am not sure if local files of the same playlist are affect as well). Only restarting Amarok helps.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Populate the playlist with smb:// (maybe other) streams that are accessible.
2. Start playing one of them.
3. Interrupt the network connectivity (for wired LAN unplug the cable)
4. See playback stopped.
5. Restore the connection, make sure that Samba server is accessible again with any other application e.g. Dolphin
6. Attempt to play any stream in Amarok/

Actual Results:
Won't be playing any music after the connection is restored.

Expected Results:
Can start playing any stream from current accessible streams.

Using Amarok on Ubuntu 10.04 x86_64
