KMail encountered a fatal error and will terminate now.
The error was:
Could not create collection

This happened after deleting kmail config files on an update to kde. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1 start kmail

Actual Results:  
dialog saying no container

Expected Results:  
kmail should have normally started for use.

It's worked fine since KDE package updates in Kubuntu some weeks ago.
