Description GK 2010-09-02 08:20:06 UTC
Application: kpackagekitsmarticon (0.5.4)
KDE Platform Version: 4.5.00 (KDE 4.5.0)
Qt Version: 4.7.0
Operating System: Linux 2.6.32-24-generic i686
Distribution: Ubuntu 10.04.1 LTS

-- Information about the crash:
- What I was doing when the application crashed:

I started KPackage to do update of the software. I usually do these on a weekly basis manualy. I have pressed 'Refresh' to get latest from repositories, then selected all updates, and finally 'Apply'. After the download and installation, the Kpackage crashed. This is what I got almost every time since 4.5 upgrade on three mashines running Kubuntu 10.04.1 (two updated and one fresh install).

-- Backtrace:

If you say "still" you imply that you are using the latest version (0.6.1), which you do not. Please try the new version and check if it "still" crashes.

0.5.4.0ubuntu4.4 is the most recent available for my distro in the Lucid PPA repository. No newer than that.
