The crash can be reproduced some of the time.

doesn't look like a crash in KDevelop, but rather in Oxygen or even Qt itself

To me it looks like either

- glibc still is not thread safe (threads 1 and 7 are both in malloc) or
- kdevelop still corrupts memory on some operations.

Since I doubt it is the first problem, I am reassigning back to kdevelop.

Please ask the reporter to provide a valgrind backtrace if the bug is reproducible.

as was said by Christoph: Please try to reproduce with current KDE version and a recent KDevelop 4.1 beta. Using that you can create us a useful valgrind log when you are able to reproduce it with the follwoing command:

valgrind --track-origins=yes kdevelop
