I used first the "acquire images" utility, the image was scanned (I saw the preview) but at the moment to save it in my /home/user/document the utility crashed. I found a file saved, but very corrupted and unusable. So I tried gwenview, chosen extension/import/import from scanner: the window with the device selection appears and immediately close, then appeared a device error window.

The crash can be reproduced every time.
