Description Unknown 2010-09-01 11:29:02 UTC
Version:           unspecified (using KDE 4.5.0)
OS:                Linux

When I empty my trash, the icon stays on 'contains trash', although it is really empty. This state only changes upon reboot to 'empty', refresh desktop doesn't work.

Reproducible: Always

Comment 3 Doxtur 2012-11-07 11:07:57 UTC
Sorry. I mean desktop icon, not plasma.

I seem to be having a similar issue with KDE Plasma version 5.22.5, Framework version: 5.87.0, QT version: 5.12.2.

The trash icon always acts like there is something in the trash even when it is in fact empty. Below is the contents of the trash desktop file that was auto-generated.

[Desktop Entry]
EmptyIcon=user-trash
Icon=user-trash-full
Name=Trash
Type=Link
URL[$e]=trash:/
