The hover effect on titlebar buttons becomes erratic after maximizing a window.  If the window is then restored to its previous size, the button hover effect remains erratic.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
In my case, I am using the Tenuto-Light-ActiveGlow decoration (http://kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=121889).
1. Open a new instance of Dolphin (not maximized) and test the button hover effect.
2. Maximize the window and test the hover effect--in my case, the hover effect does not respond properly to my mouse (see attached video).
3. Restore the window to its previous size--in my case, the hover effect remains erratic.
