N900 kdepim-mobile 4:4.5~20100827.1168757-1maemo1.1169941 libqt4-experimental-gui 4.7.0~git20100824-0maemo1 On tag 20100820-2 if you see an email, you can switch to the next email by swipeing right to left or left to right. This does not work anymore.
Works perfectly fine with the mobile apps on the desktop, both with and without WebKit, fails only on the N900.
Strangely enough this works perfectly fine again on the device this morning, with the latest updates. I'm not aware of anything related we changed, but there has been a Qt update.
Still does not work for me with kdepim-mobile 4:4.5~20100827.1168757-1maemo1.1169941 libqt4-experimental-gui 4.7.0~git20100831-0maemo1
I tested this today and I could not swipe to the next email either. Too bad, it seems like a very handy feature that I did not know was implemented ;o) Can't wait for it to work again! N900, 4:4.5~20100901.1170574-1maemo1.1170522
Works for me on 4:4.5~20100902.1170752-1maemo1.1170522 . Also did not know of that feature (i tested with previous releases though and it did not work). The feature itself could be improved (hint that its possible, animation, some sort of orientation (e.g. "<- mail 5 / 100 ->" ... etc). Also lowered this issues severity.
I retested this today and it works fine now!!! ;o) This is a very handy feature but I agree with Felix that it is not easy for the user to know that it exists. N900, 4:4.5~20100902.1171086-1maemo1.1170522
In version 4:4.6~20101025.1189387-1maemo1.1188357 , it stops working after a couple of swipes.
Gone after an update and restart.
In version 4:4.6~20101025.1189387-1maemo1.1188357 it works. Felix, how many swipes did you need to stop it working?
I retested this today and it still works fine for me. I tested swiping between 5 messages wiping backward and forward several times and then swiping backward and forward randomly between the 5 messages. N900, 4:4.6~20101026.1190044-1maemo1.1189579

I had some other issues with that version as well, probably it was connected. I could swipe only "a couple of times" (maybe 1-8x) and reproduce the behaviour, but not always after X swipings. As two separate sources gave a "works for me" in a newer version, I close this issue.
