Version:           SVN (using KDE 4.5.0) 
OS:                Linux

When being added to someone‘s contactlist, only the message “123456789 added you to his contact list” (ICQ) and a button “show” which opens the kopete main window stating the request.
There should be the buttons “accept”, “decline” and “block” in the notification as well as the request message e.g. “please authorize me to add you to your contact list”
