When I boot my Kubuntu Lucid (KDE4.5) the sound card Realtek ALC850 integrated in mother board cannot open. But when I load up through the recovery moad and start x, the sound card will operate fully. Any help?

The soundcard should be recognized on startup, way before Phonon comes in. Please report this to your distribution.
