Description Klaus Vink Slott 2010-08-21 17:28:51 UTC
Version: 2.3.1 (using KDE 4.5.0)
OS: Linux

I would suggest that if the song text is longer than the lyrics window, it should scroll according to progress of the song played. It is not perfect but in many occasions it would sufficient to keep the current line on screen.
Manual overide should still be possible using the scrollbar.

Reproducible: Didn't try

I think what you really want is karaoke style lyrics, as suggested here:

Well.. in a ideal world were tagged lyrics could be downloaded for every song, I would completely agree. But I dont think lyrics downloaded from different sites like lyrics.wikia.com has Time Tags yet?
The ones I typed in by hand or read by ocr certainly hasn't.
New wish: karaoke style lyrics with fallback to % scroll as described above.

I am still stuck on 2.4 due to some package dependency but I will look forward to when I am able to update. Thanks for implementing!
