Description Wojciech Ryrych 2010-08-20 20:48:36 UTC
Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.5.0)
OS: Linux

Plasmoids like CPU monitor, RAM monitor, Network monitor cause 100% cpu usage after some amount of time. I thought for a long time this is Radeon driver issue but removing these plasmoids reduced dramatically my cpu usage.
I tried to test it adding another plasmoids in a row and then removing them. I had on my desktop following monitor's widgets: Network Monitor, CPU Monitor, RAM Monitor and Disk Usage Monitor. Only removing them all reduced CPU % to a normal state (was always around 100%).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put any of System monitor's widget
2. Wait some time

Expected Results:
CPU % usage goes to ~100%

I'd like to know what other attachments do you want me to attach

Xorg is on top of top when 100% occurs

Yes, sorry not to mention that.
But no additional feedback? No one interested in fixing this bug?
