In the "New Contact" view, text input fields and button heights are not properly aligned, which constitutes to an unsteady look. Furthermore, the spacing between elements is not fully even and the flap labels exceed the flaps. Also, flap labels "touch" the end of the display (especially seen in the lower left "More" flap). An icon instead of "X" for the delete button might help. "Add"/"Save" functionality distinction ("Add" for new email/phone field, "Save" for whole contact") is not obvious from layout as well. Created attachment 54214 [details] Contact view buttons Old issues are fixed. But with longer string in e.g. the German translation the buttons on the right side are getting misaligned. Best solutions would be to get a maximum size for the buttons and a label like "Thisisalongtex...".

Fixed now The photo button has a fixed size, so we can't align it to the top _and_ the bottom of the lineedits, so I have aligned it to the top of the name button now.

This won't help, we do not gain any new space on screen with that ;) The problem is that the comboboxes for the phone number types are too width. The reason for this are the long german translations for the number types. Any chance to make them shorter?
