I dont really know where to start, because I have LOTS of problems with akonadi.  First, it never really worked (out of the box).  I experience several (if not all the time) crashes at startup, whenever I launch kontact or kmail, a window appears and says Akonadi not operational, when I add a new resource in it, it does not works only later on to discover that it duplicated the resource 10 times...  It makes kontact freeze or behave very strangely and crash sometimes..

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
just launch KDE 4.4.3  or launch kontact, kmail, etc

Actual Results:  
problems...

Expected Results:  
KDE3.5 or go back the way things were before... I dont need akonadi because I dont share data between appz, and I will never do.
