Hi, 

Shortly after starting, kmail first assembles the messages into threads. When I select a messages and hit A (shift-a) while kmail is still assembling the threads, it crashes. 

I could reproduce it once, but didn’t try a third time, so I selected „happens sometimes“ instead of „happens always“. 

Many thanks for writing kmail! And damn am I anxcious to try the akonadi-version! ;)

Reproducible: Sometimes




OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.34-gentoo-r1

Can you provide a backtrace of the crash ? ( to help kmail developers to fix the issue)

Hello! Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but this version of Kmail has been unmaintained for many years so I am closing this bug. Please try using the latest version of Kmail to see if your issue persists. If it does, please submit a new bug in "kmail2". Thank you!
