Description Heiko 2010-08-17 10:26:47 UTC
Version:           unspecified (using KDE 4.4.2)
OS:                Linux

The smooth transition from one image to the next image needs much processor time. At this time the sound of videos or music stutters.

I think, there are three opportunities:
1. another algorithm for the smooth transition;
2. a way to eliminate the soft transition or
3. reduce the priority of the slideshow to a very low priority (I think, this is the best way)
(4. deactivate the slideshow)

Reproducible: Always
