A single KMail filter

Version: 1.13.5 (using KDE 4.4.5)
OS: Linux

I'm using disconnected IMAP from various computers, including webmail access. When checking for new mail, a set of filters is run. Surely I could use some online/sieve filtering, but regular KMail filters also work fine.

However, synchronising the filters between computers is currently a pain, because the KMail facilities for import + export don't work. I can export filters to a file, but when I try to load it in another computer no filter is being displayed in the import selection box.

My first guess is that KMail relies too much on the internal account IDs which of course differ between the installations. But making guesses as a user in bug reports is not a good idea, therefore I'd like to wait for feedback first before trying out things.

I've created a non-privacy-sensitive minimal example out of my filters file which contains a single filter for all mails from lists of the Noosfero project. It can be used to reliably reproduce the problem.

Reproducible: Didn't try

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.32-3-amd64
Compiler: cc

in 4.8 it was improved and we can import/export filters.
