Font colors are defined by a theme, which also defines a complex background. This may be constructed using <draw:custom-shape> and <draw:enhanced-geometry> elements representing required geometrical primitives. Types of those primitives have to be supported by KOffice and the logic to construct the background is required in the filter. The font color set by the theme is close to #FFFFFF so the background has to be fixed first. Also the <draw:g> element required to represent the background is currently not supported by KOffice.
