Description Rainer Merz 2010-08-11 16:37:43 UTC
Version: 0.2 (using KDE 4.5.0)
OS: Linux

If i want to change the power profile by clicking right on the battery symbol in the system section of the panel the powerdevil setting menu appears. There I have the choice to hibernate the laptop, sent it to sleep and edit the profile settings. Also its possible to change the current power profile to another one. Unfortunately clicking right o n the current profile opens a pull down menu without an option to scroll. The height of the pull down menu only displays three profiles but powerdevil by default offers five different profiles which means at least two profiles are not visible. Also if there are some additional profiles the are unvisible. The pulldown menu should adjust the height automatically to be able to display all profiles or may be changed to a pullup menu or the menu should have an option to scroll the profiles to select each of the profiles. My setting for the panel force the panel to be always visible and the windows are no allowed to be behind the panel or in front of the panel

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
clicking on the battery symbol

Expected Results:
comfortable use of power managment

OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.32-24-generic
Compiler: cc
