This crash report is at least 3 years old and there were no further comments or status updates since then.

Therefore we believe that this crash is already fixed in recent KDE 4 versions or the backtrace is no longer applicable to the current KDE 4 sources.

I have not observed this in recent years; the original link does not crash any more <http://www.w3.org/Consortium/Offices/Presentations/SVG/13.svg> switching from SVG to KHTML.
New mode/engine has been added.
The recent Safari WebKit exploit does not crash Konqueror Version 5.0.97 <https://www.theregister.co.uk/2018/09/17/safari_reaper/>
