Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select a subfolder of the Kolab resource inbox.
2. Select the inbox
Repeat 1.and 2.


Actual Results:  
Kmail-mobile disappears/crashs.

Expected Results:  
the emails of the inbox are displaeyed.
Should not crash.
